Navigate to View all Contacts

Main Navigation -> Contacts -> View/Search Contacts

Identification number of records in the table, each record is saved with a unique ID.

List Name

As this table shows contacts saved across all the lists, there should be a way to recognize which contact belongs to which list. The List Name column helps distinguishing one list contacts from the contacts of other lists.

First Name

The first name field was optional to save the contact details; therefore, if the contact’s details were saved by not providing information for the First Name field, this row for such contacts will remain empty. And if the first name was provided while adding the contact details, the rows under the column will then show First Names of the contacts.

Last Name

Last name of the contact if given while adding the contact’s details.

Mobile Number

Contacts’ mobile numbers

Validation Related Information

Note: If the subscribed package offers ability to validate the contacts in the list, you may view some extra columns offering some additional information about the contacts, information that system will obtain by processing a contact for validation. This would include, network operator name, country and the validation status of the contact within the system. Following is the specific information you will get.

The validation process appropriately identifies the contact’s mobile network operator and shows it in this column (e.g. Vodafone, T-Mobile, Etisalat). This also has the ability to identify the number portability and roaming, that helps you know the accurate destination network. The column will only show the network information of the specific number that went through from the validation process, otherwise the column will remain empty, and same goes with the “Country” column positioned right next to Network column.

The rows under the column show the country of the contact. It is actually the country where the mobile network is operating. For example if the number belongs to Vodafone UK, the column will show the United Kingdom in country.

Validation Status

You may get to see one of the following statuses in this column.

Possible Validation Statuses
  1. Approved- It shows that the contact’s Network/Country is successfully validated in result of lookup, and this makes the number validated and deliverable.
  2. Rejected- Numbers with this status are resulted in rejection as the validation process remains unable to identify the destination network operator and its country. Reasons of this rejection can be more than few, like Invalid Number String is common among the reasons of rejection. System considers the Rejected contacts as invalid and doesn’t attempt sending on the contacts with this status.
  3. Unidentified- The status suggests validation process returns with some unknown number status, like some networks may not allow getting the status value of its numbers. It happens with few contacts though. Our system doesn’t treat these contacts as invalid, and doesn’t omit contacts with this status while sending.
  4. Validation Required- You haven’t processed these contacts through validation.
